Welcome to Browvana™! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Browvana™. Browvana™ operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Browvana™ is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability. By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, or by placing an order on getbrowvana.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.

- Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to purchase.
- Products. We aim to display products and colours as accurately as possible, but actual shades may vary slightly due to screens and lighting. Cosmetic results vary from person to person.
- Pricing. Prices are listed in USD (with local currency display available at checkout) and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order.
- Use of products. Browvana products are cosmetic items for external use only. Patch-test before first use, avoid use on broken or irritated skin, and discontinue if irritation occurs. We are not liable for misuse; if you have sensitivities, consult a professional.
- No medical claims. Browvana is a cosmetic product. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
- Intellectual property. All site content, branding and digital materials belong to Browvana™ and may not be used without permission.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
- Changes. We may update these terms at any time; the current version always applies.

SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence. To use the Services, you may be asked to provide certain information such as your email address and billing, payment and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity on your account.

SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS
We have made every effort to represent our products accurately. However, colours and product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to device type and settings. All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 — DIGITAL PRODUCTS TERMS
These terms apply to the free Browvana Brow Guide and any digital guides or eBooks sold by Browvana:
- Delivery. Digital products are delivered electronically (by email link or download) after purchase. No physical item is shipped.
- Immediate access and no refunds. By completing your purchase, you request and consent to immediate delivery and agree the sale is final. Paid digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable once access is provided, and you acknowledge the loss of any applicable right of withdrawal. This does not apply where digital content is defective, inaccessible or materially different from its description.
- Personal license. Digital products are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, share publicly or republish the content in whole or in part.
- Ownership. All content, text, images and video remain the intellectual property of Browvana™.
- Access. It is your responsibility to download and save your files promptly after purchase.

SECTION 4 — ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Browvana™ reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance, and we must receive and process your payment before acceptance. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. Purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy. You represent that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 5 — PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, as set out in your order confirmation email. Unless expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, customs or import charges. Promotions may be governed by separate terms; if there is a conflict, the promotion terms govern. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and payment information, and that you are duly authorised to use the payment method provided.

SECTION 6 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing or events outside our control. Our Services — including all trademarks, brands, text, images, graphics, video and audio, and their design, selection and arrangement — are owned by Browvana™ or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store or transmit any material on the Services without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Browvana™.

SECTION 8 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND TOOLS
The Services may contain links to websites operated by third parties, and access to optional third-party tools, which we neither monitor nor control. Such tools and links are provided "as is" without any warranties, and we are not liable for any harm or damages related to your use of them. SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Browvana™ is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Browvana™. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Browvana™, and you release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Browvana™.

SECTION 10 — PRIVACY
All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy (available in the site footer), and certain personal information may be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, information you submit will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify and service providers, which may be located in other countries, in order to provide the Services to you.

THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL BROWVANA™, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY. NOTHING HERE LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW.
